weight - start-282.4.....end 243.6 = 38.8 lbs lost.
fat% - start 43%.....end 34.8%...... = -8.2%
cholesterol- start-216.....end -166 = -50 points
blood sugar - start 92......end -82 = -10
blood pressure - start 152/88 ...end -132/84.
pant size- start - I was tight in a 44 inch waist....now
a little loose in a 40 inch waist.
