Sincere
Hogan is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer by the
International Sports Sciences Association, training
under the Multi-Mr. Universe Tom Platz and world record
holder Dr. Fred Hatfield (aka "Dr. Squat").
While possessing certified training in functional strength
training, Hogan is also adult and child CPR certified
by the American Heart Association. The Texas native
has been devoted to competitive sports since a very
early age (football, basketball, track, tennis, and
weightlifting. As a dedicated father, Sincere truly
understands the need to improve the quality of life
and live a healthy lifestyle via proper nutrition and
exercise in order to keep up with the day-to-day challenges
of having a loving family, maintaining a successful
career, and enjoying various daily activities.
The respected health consultant, who attended both the
University of Houston and Texas Southern University,
majoring in Communications, was actively involved in
educating and testing Houston Troop 1996 of the Sam
Houston Area Council of The Boy Scouts in earning their
fitness and athletic merit badges. Sincere feels healthy
living should be taught at an early age in order to
combat the growing rate of obesity that currently plagues
America. Healthy living and a commitment to a fitness
lifestyle consisting of an individualized consistent
exercise program, a moderate, balanced diet, spiritual
attitude, and the persistence and perseverance necessary
to challenge one's self beyond their comfort zone, are
a big part of Sincere's philosophy.
Sincere contributes to widely distributed publications
such as Family Energy and Family Digest, Health &
Fitness Sports Magazine, and publishes articles throughout
the world wide web. Hogan has also been featured on
Houston's Fox 26 during Fox 26 newsanchor Melissa Wilson's
health segment. Sincere is also featured each month
on Fox 26 Morning News's "Workout Wednesdays."
Sincere was also the exclusive trainer for Clear channel
Radio's KKRW and Houston Museum of Natural Science's
