Well, I take great pride in helping people feel energized
again, look & feel better, and lose body fat. The majority
of my clients are working professionals over 30 that find
it hard to find time to exercise, eat right, or find a solution
that works for them. These particular clients also need
or would like to find a program they can stick with for
life, one that involves activities they will want to do,
and incorporates foods they can enjoy. I help my clients
meet those needs by: providing personalized exercise programs
based around fun activities that will help them feel and
look better, and that incorporates easy to prepare nutrition
suggestions for the person on the go. Here are the specific

I do not design programs and nutrition suggestions for my
clients based on cookie-cutter workout plans from magazines,
fad diets, or the latest celebrity DVD's. Each client's
program is personalized for that individual client's particular
needs. My programs are not "One Size Fits All!"

Strength Training: I will help you build

Unlike typical programs, I tend to mix it up with different

increase flexibility and improve range of motion. This is

are not yet ready to go to the gym, want to save money on

home gym or gym at their apartment complex! Don't have your
own equipment, but still want to train at home? No worries,
I can bring the gym to you!
Body Part Redefinition: Achieve a leaner,

as a part of my proper redefinition body training.
