Sincere Hogan So you want to know what JoshOne Fitness is all about, huh? Well, I take great pride in helping people feel energized again, look & feel better, and lose body fat. The majority of my clients are working professionals over 30 that find it hard to find time to exercise, eat right, or find a solution that works for them. These particular clients also need or would like to find a program they can stick with for life, one that involves activities they will want to do, and incorporates foods they can enjoy. I help my clients meet those needs by: providing personalized exercise programs based around fun activities that will help them feel and look better, and that incorporates easy to prepare nutrition suggestions for the person on the go. Here are the specific things that I do in order to do that:


 

 

  • I personalize exercise programs based on individual fitness assessments, including body fat testing.
  • I provide online monitoring so clients may access their programs and keep up with their workouts even while on the road for business or vacation.
  • I help create personalized nutrition plans centered around foods clients enjoy.
  • I design programs that help speed up my client's metabolism, which encourages successful weight loss
  • I design successful programs that my clients help build lean muscle, reduce stress, burn fat, and increase overall well-being in order to positively deal with daily activities.
  • I give my clients the road map they need in order to successfully live healthy lifestyle.

So why should choose JoshOne Fitness? Because, I do not design programs and nutrition suggestions for my clients based on cookie-cutter workout plans from magazines, fad diets, or the latest celebrity DVD's. Each client's program is personalized for that individual client's particular needs. My programs are not "One Size Fits All!" Yet, neither is everyday life.

If my clients do not achieve the desired results we agree on, upon them signing on with me for 1-on-1 sessions,

I will refund their money for the sessions paid for, guaranteed!

Here are just a few of my specialized programs that will get you in the best shape of your life:

Fitness

Strength Training: I will help you build lean muscle without bulking, and boost your metabolism. Unlike typical programs, I tend to mix it up with different routines so you’ll never get bored and constantly surprise your body so you won't plateau and will continue to make progress.

Flexibility Training: Here, I will help you increase flexibility and improve range of motion. This is the best insurance to avoid injury and help your muscles grow. On of my client's favorite part of our sessions is my My trainer assisted stretching and relaxation techniques. There are a couple of the many reasons clients love to continue to train with me!

Workouts at Home: These are customized workouts that can be done in the privacy of your home,with or without equipment! This particular service is great for those who are not yet ready to go to the gym, want to save money on high gym fees, save on expensive fuel costs that come with traveling back and forth to the gym, and/or have their own home gym or gym at their apartment complex! Don't have your own equipment, but still want to train at home? No worries, I can bring the gym to you!

Body Part Redefinition: Achieve a leaner, tighter or more defined look to whatever body part is bothering you. Ladies, let me help you get rid of what my wife calls "The hello...bye-byes" hanging under your arms as a part of my proper redefinition body training.

Lean Legs & A Tight Bottom: I will help you achieve stronger, leaner, defined legs with less cellulite and fat, while also firming up your bottom.

Photo-Ready Abs:I help you develop a stronger "core" in order to promoter a flatter, leaner and stronger stomach and stronger lower back.

Post Natal: I will get you back into pre-pregnancy shape in no time.

Sports Conditioning for Junior High or High School Football & Track: I help you excel at your sport and prevent injuries. Let me help you improve your speed, agility, and explosive strength during the off-season. I will also help you choose the right foods to help you become healthier and stronger for your specific sport. Training for other sports also available.

Senior Fitness: More and more Americans are living longer, fuller lives. I help you stay strong and flexible, feel and look great, and keep your body in working order for life. With my specially designed programs, you will gain strength and lean muscle mass to make up for muscle that is lost with age.

Stability & Medicine Ball Training: A fun way to train your whole body, burn calories and tone up. The stability ball is the perfect way to build overall strength, increase balance, and strengthen your core. Teamed up with the medicine ball, this program can be very effective in helping you achieve your goals!

Outside workouts: Let's go outside and play! Nothing is more inspiring than getting outside and enjoying life as you build your new body. The atmosphere will definitely motivate you to get up and move!
